Everyday simple habits for healthy and beautiful skin

From the title, you must be expecting any skin care routine or products or any DIY that will make you beautiful. But there are some other things which are more important than any skincare or products. I know skincare are also important. There are some everyday habits that can naturally make you beautiful and healthy at the same time. And if you are healthy your skin will naturally beautiful.

Before sharing those habits let's just take a minute and think what is the definition of beauty for you???

Every person is beautiful in his own way. God has created every one different. We can't be like someone. Its a fact that we do like people but we shouldn't be obsessed with anyone in any way. We can follow other's good habits but we can't completely copy anyone. And we shouldn't even try to. No matter if you are tall, short, black, fair, fat and slim. Just love yourself. Improve yourself each day.

Let's start 

 Water



First thing has to be the water. We all already know the importance of water but we don't take it seriously. May be because of the fact that "if something available easily it lost its importance ". We can spend thousands on buying expensive products.  But we ignore free blessings which is easily available everywhere. Water is truly a blessing. If you regularly drink enough water you will definitely see a difference in your skin. 
On an average we should drink at least 8 glass of water each day.  Water is very much important for our body and specifically for our skin. It hydrate our skin and also make it fresh. So try to add at least 8 glass of water in your daily routine. One tip is that add more glass of water gradually for example if you are drinking 4 glass each day than set goal to drink 6 glass for the next week than 8 glass and so on. Drink more in the day than in the night. 

Food



Next there comes healthy diet. If you eat healthy you stay healthy. Have three proper meals a day. Add fruits in your every day diet. Fruits are very important for our skin and health. They give your skin a natural glow. We look for skincare products which have fruits extract. Why don't eat fruits?? If you don't like fruits you can make juice or smoothies. But you should definitely add fruits to your diet.  One thing healthy diet doesn't mean that you should only eat vegetables or fruits fast. Eat everything but keep balance because excess of every thing is bad. 

Sleep 



The next thing is sleep. I know we do sleep each day. But here the question is, are we taking enough sleep?? Do we sleep on the right time?? On an average we should take 8 hours of sound sleep. And the right time to sleep is obviously night because god has created night so that people can rest and sleep. We should try to sleep early at night so we are able to get up early in the morning. Those people who get up early in the morning they have different charm on their faces and positivity in their personality. Also they have a long day to work. If you have such schedule which doesn't allow you to sleep early at night. Still try to complete 8 hour of sleep any way. 
Another tip that may help you in sleep better is that keep your phone, laptop and other such thing away from your bed because they emit harmful radiation. 

Exercise



Do little bit of exercise each day. Girls often are not interested in exercise. But exercise is equally important for girls too. In fact exercise is more important for girls. I am not saying that you should got to Jim and do heavy workout. You can do little bit of stretching at home. In my opinion yoga is much better. It gives you mental and physical strength also flexibility. If it is not possible to do any exercise or yoga at least walk each day in the morning or evening. Spend some time with your self and enjoy the nature. 

Happiness


 

You must be wondering what is happiness doing here ,its not a habit. But actually it is, if you practice it constantly you will eventually be happy. I know we all face hardships that destroy our peace and make us sad. All those hardships come to make us strong. We shouldn't be afraid of those. We can't control what happens to us but we can change our attitude towards it. Try to find positivity in everything that happens to you. 
And if you wants to be happy spend time with your family especially with children. They have wonderful positive energy. 

I know this fact that we know all these already but I am writing this  to remind you that these small and simple every day habits can change your life. But you have to be consistent with all these. Practice through these habits until they become automatic.
